i thought this was funny...

and sorry, not the pic...it just has something to do with isaac. i saw this on someone else's blog and thought i'd try it out with isaac...and i'm actually going to tag people at the end of all of this too (i've never done that before!) and p.s. i asked isaac these questions

what does mommy always say to you?
the kitchen is closed

what makes mommy happy?
if i listen to you

what makes mommy sad?
if i do bad things to you

how does mommy make you laugh?
if you tickle me

what was mommy like when she was little?
she was playing with baby toys

how old is mom?
is it 18?
is it 20?
is it 26?
is it 28?
is it 29?

how tall is mommy?
three foots

what does mommy like to do?
play with me

what doesn't mommy like to do?
she doesn't like daddy to work anymore

what does mommy do for a job?
work really hard to get my food

what is mommy's favorite food?
i think it's salad

what do mommy and isaac like to do together?
play happy games

how do you know mommy loves you
'cause she does good things for us

on second thought, i tag anyone who wants to do this...but let me know if you do so i can read what your kiddos say too :)

  1. Love it. My favorite is when he said that "you don't want daddy to work anymore." I think that would be something I would say to Carter. I may have to try this little experiment...

  2. Kids are too funny, and it's scary what they pick up on. Jackson likes me to carry him down the stairs when he wakes up but the more pregnant I get, the more I just can't do it. So I always tell him my back hurts and that we can just hold hands and walk down together. Now sometimes he'll sit at the top of the stairs and put his arms out for me to pick him up and say, "My back hurts," to let me know he can't walk down the stairs and needs me to hold him. I always think he's not old enough to do things like that but he never ceases to amaze me.

  3. How cute. I did this with my kids but changed it to Daddy and posted it for Father's Day. I just might need to see what they think about me. That little Isaac is so cute!

  5. I am SO afraid to ask him some of these questions. I must feel like I'm a mean mom! So I'll try it and I'll let you know if I post. What a cute idea!

  6. So cute, Callie. I posted something similar today (because you inspired me!), it was the text from a Mother's Day card from Ben.
