a sigh of relief...

so we've been waiting on pins and needles for the past two weeks for our amniocentesis results and we finally heard back today. everything came back normal...and he's definitely a boy. i was at beal's house when i got the call and i felt the biggest weight lifted off my shoulders and then got a great beal hug :).

so what does this mean? little weston's not out of the woods yet, but as for now, the development of his heart is his only obstacle. we have more appointments with all different kinds of doctors in the next few weeks so we'll keep everyone updated.

thank you for all your prayers and support so far. we love you. and we're really looking forward to sunday when we leave for the happiest place on earth where it's 70 degrees right now...

  5. It's kind of interesting, my sister-in-law just found out that their baby due in May has a hole in her heart that will need to be repaird 3-6 months after she is born. They had to wait two weeks to find out what was going on, but I could tell the releif they felt when they found out that is can be fixed. Modern medicine is amazing, and such a blessing! It is nice to have tests results that can provide relief!
